The company was doing really well and we needed to upgrade our current software to include a well known and reliable inventory management software module. Our current software has an inventory component but because of the scope and size of the company we needed a program that could work with purchase orders as well as incorporate the parts that we manufacture and assemble. The current inventory software was far from being able to handle the volume of tasks that we currently required. From what I could see on the internet, we should be able to find software that would work well with our current program.

The annual Virginia 529 tax deduction benefit is available for parents and grandparents who are taxpayers in Maine and who make contributions to the section 529 plan on behalf of their child or grandchild. Maine taxpayers receive a $250 deduction for each 529 college plan recipient for which they make contributions. So theoretically, you can have five beneficiaries and receive a $1,250 deduction.
