I have been in business for myself for just a few months and I am still learning the ropes. However one thing I do know is that it is always better to take good advice when you form a company and for me that meant learning all the ropes about California LLC formation, simply because I knew that if I did not know exactly what I was doing I could end up getting into legal difficulties further down the road. I would advise everybody to take advice before forming a company.
