I’ve been investigating
Charitable Remainder Unitrusts lately, and discovered that they’re a great way to save on taxes while supporting charity.
Everything I have read about
Deferred Charitable Annuity trusts makes me thing that this is a good idea. I’d hate to see the bulk of my estate end up in the hands of the IRS.
Of course the hardest part will be convincing my wife that this is the best choice. She’ll want to give it all to the kids, but frankly they’re going to get more than enough as it is.
