No business organization, especially a publicly owned one can go without complying with the regulations set by the sarbanes oxley 2002 act. The purpose for the implementation of the act is to ensure that the public accountability of a particular corporate (which leads to reveling the nature of the financial status of the business organization), is maintained. The sarbanes oxley 2002 act thus, is required to be complied with at all costs.
