I am about to open up a little coffee shop in a business office downtown. I am taking over the shop from my cousin who can no longer run it. I plan on revamping the entire place and setting up new coffee lines, equipment and possibly even gifts. My question is that should I write up a Business Process for my shop even though it is just me and my sister running it? Would it be better for the overall business if we had things in writing? Would it be better for the business if we had one written up and then decided to sell the shop later on?
