It does not matter how big or small a business is or what that business does. What all businesses have in common is that they all go thru a series of procceses that if all goes well end with a product or service that the public will find useful. A good business process modeling software will break down each of these processes into a process map. Then once we have a professional process map we can then see which part of our process is working toward that goal and which part, if any, needs to be tweeked or changed.
