We have used automotive direct mail for years, with many different vendors, and Big Time Promotions has done a great job for us. Their customer service is exceptional. Their team has handled any questions or problems we have had quickly and courteously. I haven’t had to speak to a voicemail yet. Most importantly, our units have increased, our market share has increased, and our gross per unit has gone up. We are working on a record year in a so-called “slow market” for direct mail auto refinance and we owe a lot of it to Big Time Promotions.
