Seattle's best coffee was a franchise that had a lot of hope. In 1995, they decided to push aggressive franchising and establish 500 different retail outlets in the United States in the next five years. However, it didn't quite work that way. Actually what happened was they ended up buying back half of the franchises they already sold, and instead decided to focus more on a company owned model.

Today they offer little hope for investors when it comes to a Seattle coffee franchise. Your time is best spent looking at other opportunities.
