People generally argue that purified water has a flat or a bland taste. However, manufacturers of distilled water assert that freshly purified water from distillers have a very nice taste. It is only the bottled distilled water which has a bland taste due to long periods of storage. Besides, it also absorbs the smell of plastic bottles in which it is stored thus giving it a weird taste. Unlike well water, which is sweet to taste, water obtained immediately after distillation is also delicious.
