Both have about the same benefits of sauna but there have been many people that have said they could not breathe very well in the dry sauna due to the dry heat and that they would prefer the wet sauna. Getting to take part in a sauna session is definitely a persons choice on whether they prefer the wet or dry sauna. There really is no bad or good answer because it all depends on what the individual prefers and what makes them feel their healthiest.
