From the comfort of the new chair hammock swing, I found myself in a better position to observe the flood and ebb of the tide, watch the swallows and martins in their swift, darting flight over the creek, ponder their techniques for gathering mud nesting. On the opposite shore, I could observe the little blue heron stalking schools of rapidly growing menhaden fry. Thus I was able to gather strength, reassemble priorities and, with suitable support, can now face the future.
