Schrade knives were originally manufactured in Ellenville New York.  There was also a plant located in  Ireland.  The factory in New York closed in 2004, even though the knives produced there were a product of the latest innovations.  Imperial Schrade was the main source of Schrade knives since its opening in 2004. Over the years, this factory produced millions of knives that were useful to people all over the country.  Even though Schrade knives are no longer manufactured, they are still very popular with collectors and consumers.
